California Pizza Kitchen

My husband and I both had a great experience at this restaurant and the pizzas were really good. But, what really struck us both this particular time was the impressive customer service. Our waiter was a guy named Nicholas who provided excellent service and came back to the table to check on us several times. I relayed our awesome experience to the manager.

At 16 dollars a piece for a hand tossed pizza that will only feed 1 person..this place is a joke..curbside took forever, even had to go inside after 20 minutes because no one came out after I called..2 pizzas for 16 bux each and I still had to fix another meal to feed a family of 5..for the price I paid I could have gotten 2 pizzas from sbarros and had leftovers. If you value you taste buds and your wallet..eat elsewhere. My only saving grace was that I received a gift card for Christmas. Feel terrible for the gift giver though.

Visit here once every few months and the service and food are ALWAYS five star. The gluten free pizza is Amazing!

The wait on a Friday or weekend can be ridiculous! 1 hour wait for food? No place is that great. I do enjoy snd appreciate the extensive gluten free pizzas with a variety of crust options....delicious cauliflower or just gluten free. The menu is as refreshingly original, but not stuffy.

Fresh food, impeccable service at the bar area. Everyone that works there is informative and suggestive on the menu.I eat lunch there every week and NEVER had a bad meal or waitstaff

I came here with a friend for lunch. I got the Santa Fe bowl and blood orange sparkling beverage and it was delicious! Very satisfied and would return. Our waitress was super sweet too

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Service was a bit sloppy, we never got our bread and had to ask for silverware/plates for our appetizers. Speaking of appetizers, don't bother. They're okay but not worth the price or stomach space wasted. Save your stomach space for the pizza. I'll be coming back specifically for the sicilian pizza as it was amazing (warning, a bit spicy). I also brought home a slice of their key lime pie and it was good.

If you're looking for a place that will go out of their way to accommodate you then this is the place to go. We recently had a group of about 27. We arrived with no advance notice after having a not so great experience at a place that we had originally reserved. The manager worked with us and had gotten a section to support 12. Hey great we can split up not a problem. Next thing we knew we were all seated and ready with menus.I ordered a steak salad which is something new. It had excellent flavor and was well worth it.The staff were very attentive and while you might think that service would be more difficult with a larger party that was not the case at all.I highly recommend this place.

Wednesday afternoon (2:50pm) . 15 minutes to be seated, 12 minutes wait for a server to come to my table, 10 minutes wait to get drinks, 20 minutes wait for the food . I usually don't mind waiting to be seated if I get to order right away. I will definitely avoid this place on weekends!! Food was delicious but wait time is too long specially when you have young kids ready to eat 😅.

Service was friendly and not over bearing. Enjoyed the food. May be a litmus pricey in my opinion

This place is in the mall, now I cant stand the mall but don’t mind going to the mall when I am going here either by myself, with family, or to meet friends. They have the absolute best berry sangria, pizza made however you like, and great service! Sometimes there is a wait-but its because it is so worth it! It is tight on the inside so use caution with little ones needing a stroller or infant sling-strollers cant go inside and infant slings might get bumped- just be mindful of close quarters. I love this place.

There flatbreads and pizza are to die for. The food is always very tasteful and has a clean apperance. The prices are kind of high, but that is congruent to their quality. The atmosphere is pretty casual and they are usually busy. Their drinks are very unique and definitely worth a try. The servers are always relaxed but they move in a fast pace. This would be a great place for family dining.

My family always have a positive experience in this branch of California Kitchen. Food is always great and served on timely manner. By the way, sign up for rewards, if you dont have one. You might save some bucks on your next visit.

This was by far my worst dinning dining experience with a restaurant. The wait staff was indifferent to us and we did not feel like welcomed guests. The quality of the food was poor.

One of my favorite chain restaurants in Annapolis. Interesting pizza, pasta, and salads. Pizza is sized to serve one with some left to take home. Pasta and salads are offered in half portions. So it is possible to have pasta and salad. Service is always prompt.

I've added a star because of how absolutely great my waitress Savanna was last night. I went away from my usual last night and tried the tortilla soup, I don't know if I would do it again. I'm wondering if it was just microwaved in the plastic bag. It took some spreadsheet cowboy with an MBA to think of that strategy, I'm sure. The pizza, however, was its usual really nice self. Cheered me right up! BBQ chicken pizza is always a favorite, and then that red onion just sets everything off. You pretty much know what you going to get when you go to a CPK, but this particular one seems to be rather well run and I hope you get Savannah because she was very very sweet, super duper efficient, and IMHO, rather easy on the eyes. 👍👍

We come here mostly for lunch. I enjoy the mushroom pepperoni sausage pizza here. The service is consistent and no issues to report there.

Thai pizza is spicy and delicious

Always a great experience here! Good food and drinks. I suggest the avocado egg rolls, regular margarita and warm veggie salad. Tried and true for years! Oh.. and the prices are too good!

Ordered their Mother's Day special, it was waiting for us to pick up. The pizza was still warm when we arrived home. Everyone enjoyed the pizza, pasta, and the desserts.

Always a good meal at California pizza, the pizza here is much different then normal pizza joints, its truly a taste of its own, if your a pizza lover like me, this is something fun and different to try, step outside the box and check it out, this facility is always clean, and is in a great location. I have had almost everything pizza wise on the menu, also cauliflower bites, tossed in buffalo, are amazing, i true alternative to chicken, its crunchy and flavorful. A high recommendation to get them.

I am not a pizza lover but this was purty good....could use a little more chicken but I had left overs so all is right in the universe. Our server Laura was fantastic!!!! Highly recommended....

I have fond memories of cpk from 10 years ago, but this kind of killed them. I think at some point they realized that they could just use their frozen pizzas in their restaurant. I got a pizza that was cooked just fine on top but was cold inside. The only way that could have happened is if it was frozen, in my reasoning. The menus were grimy as well.
